L.B. Bohle Maschinen GmbH + Verfahren
PPartner L.B. Bohle offers “single pot” and fluidized bed” granulation plants, mixers for powders in closed systems, coaters featuring low use of solvents and reduced filming times, dry granulators, etc.
A special commitment, not only financial, is dedicated to the innovative “Continuous Production” technology, a project developed with university consultancy and closely followed by the multinational pharmaceutical companies: an experimental system has been set up in the Technology Center, recently opened in Ennigerloh.
QbCon®1 has recently been launched on the market, a revolutionary integrated system for continuous dosing (mixing of excipients and active product), continuous wet granulation and real continuous drying for production from 0.5 to 4.0 Kg/h, therefore suitable for both research/development on small quantities and for production.
Blistering machines
Founded in 1969, Partena SpA has passed the milestone of 1,000 machines delivered along with 10,000 pieces of forming equipment, reflecting the expertise gained in the field of blister and thermoformed bins for syringes, ampoules and vials. These are balcony structured blister packaging machines that are easy to access and use, designed with a view to reducing lead time (to contain delivery times), equippable with positive product feeds and vision systems, control and printing devices.
Intermittent and continuous boxing machines
Since 1949 GB Gnudi Bruno offers intermittent and continuous, horizontal and vertical carton filling machines, all with high reliability, ease of operations, high yields and contained maintenance, ensuring a rapid return on investment. Their well-known (patented) carton forming and closing and product introduction systems guarantee high productivity.
A wide range of feed systems and models for the production of from a few cartons/1’ up to over 24,000 cartons/h enables their use in various sectors, from pharmaceuticals to cosmetics, from food to confectionery and more.

Designed for “in line” dynamic accumulation or for storage in containers/boxes for subsequent separate packaging.
