Guk

The more than 80 Guk folding machines distributed by D.C.M. allow to fold illustrative brochures, in the most different formats in an extremely fast, silent and versatile way, starting from the rolled, pre-folded, laminated or reeled sheet.

They can also be implemented with optional accessories and additional components: in-line reading systems with automatic rejection to eliminate the risk of fragmentation, versions with their own servo drive for retrofitting on existing lines, or with their own drive and base for off-line folds.

Among the main special additional components are: independent cross and parallel folding knives, inspection and reject systems for non-compliant products, calenders and presses from small to large format, “scale” collection, “package” collection of folded brochures, rotary die-cutting machines and not, with the possibility of trimming, cutting, perforation and creasing.

Kraus

At the heart of KRAUS technology is the dispensing of the product, from simple sheets laid out to cases, sachets, bags, stackable trays, cardstock, cartons and more, both in-line and off-line.

All solutions offer a level of industrial quality tested for high volume production (3 shifts - 7/7) and can be customized according to different needs.

In addition to dispensing, KRAUS machines perform special processes that add value to the product: labelling (Top labelling and C-Wrap), variable data writing, serialization, product inspection and rejection, accumulation and counting, multiple product matching with gluing and more. Thanks to the different solutions implemented over the years and the constant search for greater efficiency, KRAUS today boasts a leading position in Europe in the construction of feeders and special lines.

Autonox Robotics

D.C.M. sells exclusively for Italy the industrial robots of the German Autonox robotics, from duopods to Delta robots (from 3 to 5 axes) up to anthropomorphs. These robots are designed for the handling of packaged or loose products and are particularly suitable in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors.

The manufacturers of automatic machines choose D.C.M. and the brand autonox for its wide range, unique on the market, of delta robots and innovative and advanced solutions.

The modular design allows the development of new models in a very short time while the independence from the controller makes autonox robots highly flexible and integrable in the customer’s production lines, new or already existing.

The range also includes Hygienic Design versions with IP69K degree of protection, completely washable at high pressure, suitable for applications in the food sector and in primary pharmaceutical packaging.
