Verimec has been present in Italy since 1985 and is part of Massilly group, European leader in the tinplate packaging sector, in particular for the twist capsule and litho-graphed container sector.
Thanks to the synergy with its parent company, Verimec offers a unique and complete service for packaging glass and tinplate containers. Verimec offers a whole range of products and services: personalizable capsules of all types, diameters and colors; capsules, tins for preserves, decorated boxes and customizable lithographed trays of all types, shapes and colours; capping machine for all needs, from the semiautomatic 700 jars/hour to automatic machine with an output of up to 30,000 jars/hour; controlling machines; technical assistance on machines and consultancy for making special gluestuffs; glass jars of different capacities.
Furthermore, devising its own website www.verimec.it (that goes alongside that of the Massilly group www.massilly.com), the users have a further channel of access to information on the range of tinplate packaging. Verimec also offers twist capsules of all types, with diameters from 33 to 110 mm.

AMONG THE AUTOMATIC MACHINES TRADED BY VERIMEC, THE TWO MOST SUITED TO THE ITALIAN MARKET ARE THE MY 1000 AND THE MY 2000.
MY 1000
An automatic belt capsuling machine, particularly suited to production needs not exceeding 100 jars a minute. It can close containers with a diameter from 30 to 160 mm and 40 to 300 mm high (with or without steam). The feeder, that comes with the machine, is large capacity, while the loading level is at human height.
MY 2000
An automatic capsuling machine, particularly reliable and sturdy, manufactured in France. It has been designed to close jars with capsules of varying diameters, where different production speeds obviously apply. Here some details:
- diameter 30 to 38 at the speed of 26,000 jars/hour;
- diameter 43 to 63 at the speed of 17,000 jars/hour;
- diameter 66 to 82 at the speed of 13,000 jars/hour;
- diameter 89 to 110 at the speed of 10,000 jars/hour
